My transition to RealTruck began in 2019 after 25 years as a high school educator. Moving from a student-led instruction approach to a customer-centric mindset, I create, service, and manage consumer and dealer accounts utilizing our CRM and ERP systems. I engage as a content area expert while collaborating with and assisting RealTruck-invested people: engineers, production leads, sales managers, team managers, dealers/distributors, division specialists, and...of course...end users. In my approach, I stay aligned with Realtruck's mission, vision, and values while staying receptive to new ideas and opportunities.
